What is the packaging for our products during transportation?

Our products are carefully packed in carton boxes, ensuring secure transportation. Each panel is meticulously sealed with air column corner wrap protection, providing an extra layer of safety to prevent any potential damage.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, USIPIC ships worldwide. All custom art is produced in-house and dispatched within 3-4 working days. International shipping transit times ranges from 6 to 12 business days depending on the destination, equipped with full live tracking.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your custom print leaves our framing studio, we automatically email you a tracking number and a link to trace the package in real-time. Feel free to reach out if you do not receive yours.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or lost?
