What is the packaging for our products during transportation?

Our products are carefully packed in carton boxes, ensuring secure transportation. Each panel is meticulously sealed with air column corner wrap protection, providing an extra layer of safety to prevent any potential damage.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, USIPIC ships worldwide. All custom art is produced in-house and dispatched within 3-4 working days. International shipping transit times ranges from 6 to 12 business days depending on the destination, equipped with full live tracking.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your custom print leaves our framing studio, we automatically email you a tracking number and a link to trace the package in real-time. Feel free to reach out if you do not receive yours.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged or lost?

We guarantee 100% safe arrival. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, simply record photos of the box and the print as received, send them to our support portal, and we will issue a complete replacement at zero extra cost.

What types of wood are used in the Gallery Frames?

We source strictly premium, sustainably managed forests (FSA Certified) wood. Our collection features Warm Oak, Charcoal Matte Black, Gilded Gold leaf finishes, and Pristine White frames. Every single frame is hand-joined and inspected in-house.

How thick is your dimensional museum acrylic block?

Our ultra-premium acrylic block is 1.25 inches thick. We apply heavy-pressure diamond edge polishing to ensure complete color refraction and light dispersion from every perspective, creating a luminous gloss presentation.

What canvas paper is utilized in the Raw Stretch wraps?

We print exclusively on heavyweight 380gsm raw-silk blended cotton canvas. This ensures rich vintage weave tactile textures, paired with water-resistant ultra-chrome ink pigments that will not fade for over 100 years.

What is the advantage of the Museum Anti-Reflective upgrades?

Our museum acrylic upgrade neutralizes up to 99% of ambient reflections and light glares, while filtering harmful UV rays. It is ideal for spaces opposite windows, or brightly lit gallery apartments.

What resolution must my uploaded image be?

For optimum archival quality, we suggest images have at least 150 DPI at the requested print size (e.g. 1500 x 2000 pixels for an 8x10 print). However, our custom build studio runs smart neural upscaling before processing to smooth out any scaling defects.

Can I return a customized artwork order?

Because every customized frame and acrylic block is built specifically to your individual pixel and border specifications, we cannot accept general style returns. However, if your order features manufacturing defects or design inaccuracies from our studio, we will fully replace or refund it.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Since craftsmanship begins promptly within 12 hours of order receipt, we allow complimentary cancellations or image file adjustments up to 6 hours after placing order. Please contact our support team immediately to register modification.

What size is recommended for a typical living room couch wall?

We generally suggest our widescreen 24"x36" series, or a curated cluster of three 16"x20" frames aligned in a minimalist bento grid. Make sure to choose a space-conscious margin of at least 8-12 inches above the edge of your furniture.

Where are your frames designed and styled?

Each frame, stretch, and mount is handcrafted and packaged right inside our proprietary architectural workshop. We do not dropship or outsource. Every item is hand-prepared by certified fine-art framers.

Are your printing inks non-toxic and children-safe?

Yes, we use 100% bio-degradable, water-based carbon neutral latex inks. They are certified completely VOC-free and non-toxic, safe for residential spaces, childcare playrooms, and hospital displays.
